Cancellation
Please understand that appointment times are limited and in high demand. When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. However, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice in order to allow another customer access to that appointment time.
- All bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus an admin fee (£20 for PCR Swab Test & Lab Analysis, £10 for Antigen Testing).
- Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund minus an admin fee of £20.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
COVID-19 Home Testing Kits
Cancellation
You have a right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the date of order to receive a refund. Please be aware that cancellation and subsequent reimbursement request is only actionable if the Covid-19 Home Testing Kits are in its original sealed (unopened) state. If you have used the Covid-19 Home Testing Kit, cancellation cannot occur.
Please note that we are required to report Covid-19 Home Testing Kit cancellations to the Department of Health & Social Care.

Once you have had your cancellation of order accepted by Health Plus Pharmacy, it will be your responsibility to return the Covid-19 Home Testing Kit at your own cost.
You can either drop the item at your local Health Plus Pharmacy or you can pop it in the post and send it to:

If the returned item comes back to us opened, this could effect your refund.
