  1. Please be aware that the Day 5 COVID-19 Test to Release (TTR) PCR Home Test Kits are available for UK delivery only.
  2. Please order your Day 5 COVID-19 Test to Release (TTR) PCR Home Test Kit as early as possible.
  3. Please note that under UK Government regulation, Day 5 COVID-19 Test to Release (TTR)         
    PCR Home Test Kits can only be dispatched prior to Day 5 of quarantine. Test to release kits CANNOT be taken any earlier than Day 5. If you only place your order for your day 5 test to release kit after your date of arrival, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your test to release kit on your day 5.
  4. Under the scheme, on day 5, you can choose to pay for a private COVID-19 test. If the result is negative, you can stop self-isolating.
  5. Please refer to local government restriction guidelines for Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.
  6. Please be sure to check that the email address you have provided and delivery address are correct before confirming your order. An incorrect email address will impact receipt of order confirmation and all communication regarding despatch, courier contact and if purchasing return kits, booking reference numbers. Delivery address information CANNOT be changed once the order is placed so please ensure this is correct (review Post Code).
  7. Day 5 COVID-19 Test to Release (TTR) PCR Home Test Kits will require you to complete a nasal and throat swab sample. Once your swab sample has been taken, it must arrive at the Randox lab within 70 hours.
  8. Operating seven days a week Randox preferred method of PCR sample return is via their free Randox drop box network.
  9. Please note Randox Drop Box Locations and closing times are subject to change. Please ensure you check the map before dropping off your sample. Randox are continually adding more Randox Drop Boxes to improve their service, so there may be some drop boxes listed on our map that are not open yet. To check the date that a drop box is open from, click on the location description on the map.
  10. If the Randox Drop Box option does not suit your needs, an alternative courier may be used at your own risk, however, this may result in a delay in your sample being returned to their lab for testing. You should ensure the alternative courier can deliver biological samples, to our laboratory in Antrim next day tracked, you must select and pay for the appropriate service in full or your sample will not reach Randox. Return your sample for testing via an alternative courier to: FAO Acessioning, Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Co Antrim, BT41 4LF, Northern Ireland.
  11. Following receipt of your sample, we will make every reasonable endeavour to provide your test results within a reasonable timeframe following our laboratory receiving your sample. For samples returned via Randox drop box, we aim to provide next day results up to 11.59pm. For samples returned via an alternative courier, we aim to provide results within 12-24 hours of receipt of sample into the lab.
  12. Samples will be sent to an authorised Testing laboratory and disposed of once testing has been completed.
  13. Delivery dates for test results are approximate and Randox will not be held liable for any delay in delivery, particularly in light of global shortages in raw materials and the unprecedented level of demand for our services in the current challenging circumstance, as well as subject to further terms in this agreement. It is important to note that we are dealing with sensitive biological samples, which in rare circumstances may require secondary testing. Randox will not release a result until a thorough review has been carried out and we are satisfied with the deliverable result. This is in line with good laboratory practice.
  14. Health Plus Pharmacy will not be held liable for losses, costs or damages that you suffer or incur because of any delays in receiving test results, or because of inconclusive tests, or as a result of receiving a positive test result.
  15. Please note that the Day 5 COVID-19 Test to Release (TTR) PCR Home Test Kit is non-refundable.
